Creative Orthotic lab (COL) has been in existence for over 30 years.
Our Lab initially was created to service the demands and needs of Podiatrists in Arizona. Our clientele includes Physical
Therapists, Rheumatologists, Chiropractors, Sports Medicine Practitioners, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
COL offers the medical community a high level of design, craftsmanship, and client communication that
promotes ongoing customer satisfaction. Specific prescription needs and orthotic material questions can be addressed

We offer a variety of
orthotics to meet you needs. The majority of our orthotics are made of a polypropylene shell that has been computerized
by a new state of the art software called "OreTek".
This highly technical program allows us to offer custom manufacturing to accommodate the weight of your patient, as well as
the cast correction and selection of material. We also fabricate custom vacuum pressed orthotics by hand.
* We are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Tricare.
I have been working in the Podiatry Industry for 20 years. Making Custom orthotics and providing
our patients and clients with the highest quality products is our goal and our pleasure.
